Clayton brings more than 20 years of executive leadership experience in strategy, organizational transformation, operational excellence, and leadership development. His work focuses on building the systems, operating rhythms, and organizational capabilities that help people perform, leaders make better decisions, and institutions adapt and improve.

Erica Thompson

Co-Founder

Erica brings experience in business leadership, national advocacy, and policy change. She has turned overlooked problems into national priorities by developing legislative solutions, building congressional support, and serving as a trusted voice across television, radio, podcasts, and print media. Her work has contributed to federal action protecting military families, including legislation adopted through the National Defense Authorization Act.
